sparc-sun-solaris2.8 fails to bootstrap

...again, this time extremely early during the build:

  fixproto: populating `include'
  fix-header: fixing curses.h
  (No *.h files in /files/pfeifer/OBJ-0807-1326/gcc/include/sys/scsi)
  Segmentation Fault - core dumped
  gmake[2]: *** [stmp-fixproto] Error 1
  gmake[2]: Leaving directory `/files/pfeifer/OBJ-0807-1326/gcc'
  gmake[1]: *** [stage1_build] Error 2
  gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/files/pfeifer/OBJ-0807-1326/gcc'
  gmake: *** [bootstrap] Error 2

The actual failure is:

  /files/pfeifer/OBJ-0807-1326/gcc/fix-header sys/scsi/adapters/glmvar.h
  /files/pfeifer/OBJ-0807-1326/gcc/include/sys/scsi/adapters/glmvar.h
  /files/pfeifer/OBJ-0807-1326/gcc/include/sys/scsi/adapters/glmvar.h
  -D__STDC__=0 -D__cplusplus -I/files/pfeifer/OBJ-0807-1326/gcc/include
  -I/usr/include

And here is the backtrace:

  #0 0x1db34 in _cpp_lex_token (pfile=0x596e8, result=0xffbef4d0)

  #4 0x15e60 in main (argc=8, argv=0xffbef724)

I'm intentionally sending this to gcc@gcc.gnu.org instead of gcc-bugs,
as apart from fixing this failure, we really, really have to find a
way of breaking the tree an *order* *of* *magnitude* less often.
