As I've said, multiple times, there is no way to physically mount the drive
in the cabinet.  The drive is sitting here on my desk.

Specifically what file(s) do you need to fix the PR.

The decision not to use our sysadmins was a conscious one on the parts of
Jason and myself.  At the time our sysadmin staff was way too confrontational
to be of any service.  Hell, their attitude for stuff like the 48hr mail
delays was something like "oh well, it's just mail, they can deal with it".

Things are better in some ways now, but worse in others.
