I have no GNATS access, could you do this if you can?
I was not aware of the PR; I was responding to a problem I knew of
that came up on the gcc mailing list.

I have found an old version of avr.h,v and hope I have fixed this. If
you concur, please close the PR. I had no backups of the uncorrupted
CVS file with these changes, so it's possible I have merely replaced
NULs with more subtly incorrect information.
