While discussing mounted media, is there a copy of the old www disk online
(Jeff Law was going to put one online in April
<URL:http://sources.redhat.com/ml/overseers/2001-q2/msg00018.html>)? If
not, could someone please mount the old www disk so I can do something
about web/3119? (Unless, that is, Red Hat are going to contribute
sysadmin staff time for such basic matters as making backups and restoring
from them after corruption - the apparent present basis of Red Hat
donating a machine and much bandwidth but no paid administrator time is a
very bad one for the GCC project to be in for so long.)
Cf <URL:http://sources.redhat.com/ml/overseers/2001-q2/msg00504.html>.
(Note to GCC developers: overseers is a public archived list, and if you
want sysadmin-like things to get done you should probably join it,
volunteer to do something and request shell access to do it with, rather
than expecting anything to happen if you just mail overseers (though
something will probably happen if the request is simple, e.g. removing
stale CVS or GNATS locks).)
