I don't see where this is coming from. You seem to be making the
inference: Java comes from Sun; the primary platform for Sun is
Solaris; hence the primary platform for Java is Solaris. This is
obviously a fallacy.
If there is a primary platform for Java, it is MS-Windows.
If there is a primary platform for GNU software, it is GNU/Linux.
