I think that any user who sends such a message should immediately have
their account banned from all our mailing lists. The reason is that the
message states that it's an offense not to keep it confidential, and
all our messages wind up on the web site for all to see. The lawyers
who wrote these messages evidently think that they mean something, and
if they do, the GCC project should not place itself at risk.
Users will reply "but I can't turn those messages off". Well, take it up
with your employer, or use some other account to mail to us (yahoo and
others will give you a free one).
