buildstat.html - what do we consider "successful"?

I'm not very experienced at interpreting test results. How do I
determine a successful build for buildstat.html? For example:

  http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-testresults/2001-06/msg00421.html

Should this be considered successful?
