Periodic messages from GNATS

I think it would be useful for the GCC GNATS system to send out some
periodic messages, for example:

* Messages to people with PRs in "feedback" state, reminding them that
their feedback is required.
* Messages to people listed as responsible for non-closed PRs, reminding
them of those PRs.
* Summaries of non-closed PRs by category, to gcc-bugs.

To what extent are these features supported by GNATS, versus something
that would need to be written for GCC? The only relevant information I
can find in the GNATS manual is about messages about PRs in state "open"
for too long, but I thought that some GNATS databases sent out the first
sort of message as well, at least.
