I would like to thank the entire GCC team for their hard work to make the
GCC 3.0 release possible. In particular, thanks to Mark Mitchell for his
hard work, serving as the release coordinator.
When I talk to the public, I am proud to talk of GCC as a program that
both gives freedom to users, and gives them the compiler technology that
works well. All of you who work on GCC are an asset to the GNU project.
