odd file: "fixed"

I just compiled 3.0 after a cvs update.  Nary a problem, but I just
noticed this file:
	/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-sco3.2v5.0.6/3.0/include/fixed

What purpose does it serve?  It contains just the string "timestamp".
