It is worth remembering that there is nothing particularly special about
a day when you don't *know* about any serious bugs. There is no particular
merit in releasing on such a day as opposed to a few days earlier or later
when you do know about bugs.

I often find that technical people are unhappy about releasing something
with known problems, but really that's equivalent to users to releasing
something which has only unknown problems. Of course our goal is to release
something with no problems at all, but that's an entirely different
kettle of fish :-)
