All that's relevant are those packages actually distributed as part of
GCC; and, for each one, on what platforms it defaults to being shared.
This is clearly useful information for installers of GCC (that ought to
have been documented for each package as it, or as --enable-shared=package
support for it, was added to the GCC tree, or as details of the default
configuration on different platforms changed).
