Hmmm, the problem isn't in the Makefile. It's with the timestamps in
the distribution.
# ls -ltr intdoc.c intrin.h intrin.def intdoc.in intdoc.texi
-rw-r--r-- 1 dave users 83463 May 3 1999 intdoc.in
-rw-r--r-- 1 dave users 251187 May 12 1999 intdoc.texi
-rw-r--r-- 1 dave users 4608 Feb 26 2000 intrin.h
-rw-r--r-- 1 dave users 84460 Aug 23 2000 intrin.def
-rw-r--r-- 1 dave users 29425 Mar 15 14:02 intdoc.c
As can been seen, intdoc.texi is out of date with respect to the
files it depends on. So, it looks like this file needs to be
regenerated. Sorry, Zack.
