This is a tar file containing sources. You don't execute it. It is
very unlikely that it contains a virus as it was not produced on a
Windows machine.
Over in Cygwin land, we have had many reports of false positives with Mcaffe
Virus Scan and .tar.gz files. I assume that this is one more of those.
