No.  There was no problem on regular calls because they are 
assumed to read and write all memory.  From propagate_one_insn,

          /* Non-constant calls clobber memory.  */
          if (! CONST_CALL_P (insn))
            {
              free_EXPR_LIST_list (&pbi->mem_set_list);
              pbi->mem_set_list_len = 0;
            }

The tracking is done in mark_set_1 and mark_used_regs.  The
killing is done in insn_dead_p.
