Just discovered something interesting: the PPC BeOS machine (in the
same place as the i586), triplet powerpc-apple-beos, does have
init_term_dyn.o  But it's also 4.5.  Weird. 

I'm going to try to bootstrap on the PPC machine, and hope I don't run
out of hard disk space.
