libstdc++-2001-02.bz2 not generated in gcc ftp dir

As Phil Edwards moved the libstdc++ ftp dir into the gcc dir
last month probably something broke so that now the monthly mailinglist
archive (libstdc++-2001-02.bz2) was not generated.
Please could someone fix this.
