"Bug submission pages"? gccbug should be the preferred bug submission
mechanism, especially once a release of GCC (3.0) is out which includes
gccbug - so appropriate explanation ought to go in gccbug.in, which is a
trivial change (except that gnats.html, and at present the GCC manual,
also contain explanations, and they need to be kept consistent).
It is true that, when I wish to look at bugs, the fact that most category
"c" bugs probably aren't front end bugs is a pain.
