If configure selected a certain compiler, that's the compiler `make
all', as well as stage1 of the bootstrap will use. After you complete
`make bootstrap', you must not use the bootstrap compiler any longer,
so `make all' shouldn't be used. `make bootstrap3' would probably
work, and so should `make clean; make bootstrap'.
