This new change to varasm.c in the latest test release causes
numerous regressions on powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.3.0.

* varasm.c (force_const_mem): When putting a LABEL_REF into the
constant pool, also put it on forced_labels list so that it won't
be deleted.
