212 c++ open bug reports, all unassigned (!?)

I don't know if this is a bug in gnatsweb, but it reports
212 c++ open bug reports, all as "unassigned".
Does "unassigned" mean that no compiler expert is
looking at them?
This would seem strange, if the release of GCC 3.0
is planned for the end of Q1 2001.
All the best,
Roberto
