The following large middle-end projects are known to me and have had no
updates for months:
Value Range Propagation John Wehle
Loop rewrite Michael Hayes
Bounded Pointers Greg McGary
What's the status of these undertakings, wrt:
1. Inclusion in GCC 3.0
2. Estimated MTTA (Mean Time To Arrival)
?
I must confess that I have been less than careful about the Bounded
Pointers project in that I boldly proclaimed on some mailing lists that
"[It] would be included in GCC 3.0".
If this incorrect / improbable, please inform us, so that we can correct
the errors of our ways ;-)
