Yes, definitely! That's how we did it for the libstdc++ lists as well.
Please consider which lists you want to keep (I believe some are won't be
needed any longer) and then ask overseers@gcc.gnu.org or Tom directly to
a) "alias" the lists so that we can use both the old and new addresses.
b) move the web list archives physically on the sources=gcc.gnu.org host
(and adapt the web list archiving software on the way).
I *strongly* recommend to move all archives, also those that won't be
updated any longer.
c) add an http-redirect like the one I have submitted for libstdc++-v3.
