We used to have the forms on-line, but RMS asked us to remove them. A
few days ago, someone posted a message asking for them here, and
someone told him to ask RMS, so I though I could do the same :-)

I don't understand why RMS doesn't want the forms on-line. I thought
that was a very good thing, and I often pointed people who wanted to
contribute to GNU projects other than GCC at the forms available at
the GCC web-site.
Richard, would you mind enlightening us on the rationale for not
having the forms on-line? Should I direct other GCC contributors
directly to you, or wait for someone from the GCC Steering Committee
to do so?
