We used to have the forms on-line, but RMS asked us to remove them.  A

I don't understand why RMS doesn't want the forms on-line.  I thought
that was a very good thing, and I often pointed people who wanted to
contribute to GNU projects other than GCC at the forms available at
the GCC web-site.

Richard, would you mind enlightening us on the rationale for not
having the forms on-line?  Should I direct other GCC contributors
directly to you, or wait for someone from the GCC Steering Committee
to do so?
