I kept your message in my TODO for some time to see how things
evolve. Contacting many contributors behind the scenes and suggesting
to submit entries for the "News" section did help a bit, and will
hopefully result in some further entries soon, but...

Folks, please don't be shy! We don't want to announce every single patch
in the "News" section, but there's certainly a lot more we could mention
there. And if you aren't sure, feel free to contact me by private mail!

(Ah, and I'd also accept submissions like "Nathan Sidwell fixed the
100th PR in GNATS" or "Jeff Law approved the 6666th patch". :-) IOW,
items with relate to long term contributions.)
