That's definitely going to be the rule once we switch over to V3 --
but for now I don't think it quite makes sense. We're still trying to
implement the last few features in the new ABI; once that's done,
we'll being the stabilization period.
I'm sorry about the bugs -- I've been the origin of many of them. If
it's any comfort, today is a bug-fixing day for me.
