Well, it's directly related to the NLS stuff, as the intl code uses inline.
I was unable to connect to the CVS server to make proper diffs yesterday, so
the patches were delayed. I've just synched my tree and applied my patches
to it. Bootstrap is currently running and if it succeeds, I'll check in my
patches.
