I wish that cygnus would stop using that oppressive anti-spam
method. It serves no purpose other than to satisfy the control freaks
masquerading as do gooders at http://www.orbs.org/ .

I have to post from my hotmail account and thus maintain dual
accounts so I can post at these lists. I guess verio which is one of the
biggest ISPs in the world is not good enough for lists where
people discuss obscure issues of free software tools.

I have some popular non computer discussion lists at egroups.com and
it is very rare that we are ever spammed. Just requiring that
people sign up before posting eliminates most of
this.

To worry about spammers of the binutils or gcc discussion list is an 
incredible joke.
