Folks --

  I'm now ill, and my disk crashed while I was gone, but I have
returned from vacation.

  I'm plowing through thousands (literally) of emails.

  That means that I will probably miss some wise postings, and then
ask silly questions in the next couple of days.  I apologize in
advance.

  I'll be getting on to the next stage of GCC 3.0 stuff RSN.
