Ok. I'd also like to have a list of "supported platforms", since that
is really a FAQ. I can live with that list living in the release
criteria, although I really think there should be an independent list.
I've asked myself many times what makes a target triplet "supported"
in gcc. Having a volunteer assigned to a platforms seems to be a good
approach for determining "supported". Unless everybody else is happy
with the current document, I'd volunteer to maintain a document
<target> <name and email of responsible volunteer> <date of commitment>
Then we could point people to this list when they ask whether a
certain platform is supported. If a volunteer just goes away, we could
always remove the entry.
