I'm not sure whether or not anyone has yet sent you the license
notices at issue. I've attached first the libgcc2 notice, and then
the libstdc++-v3 notice. The consensus seems to be (and I agree) that
the libstdc++-v3 notice would be most appropriate for these files.
Note that the files in question include both header files and
implementatino files that will be linked into libgcc2.
