Also, looking it GNOME, it appears that CVS mirrors are possible. I'm
sure people would be willing to host mirrors; in the case of GNOME,
the specific mirrors are selected via DNS magic.
I could host a mirror at ACT, but not at NYU since the disk space
there is full. On the other hand, NYU has a T-3 and ACT only a T-1.
