Are you inviting us to test zero length arrays on g77?  SGI  agreed to fix 
them (and have done so) where they didn't work in MipsPro f90.  I'm sure we 
could add some tests to testsuite (are there any such?), so we could show 
whether g77 is broken w.r.t. zero length arrays as a subset of f90.
