Definitely. Please download the GCC sources from gcc.gnu.org, or any
of the GNU mirrors. Then look into the gcc/f subdirectory; this the
f771 front-end proper.
This is free software, please read the file COPYING for details. In
particular, if you have obtained a binary version of g77, and the
distributor did not provide or offer sources, he/she would have
violated the g77 license.
