Nope. Since there would only be one set of installation notes. ie, we would
zap the old texi & html stuff completely in favor of the new texi. The
web pages would be generated from the new texi and we should have the option
to include the new texi in the main manual, though by default the install stuff
should not be in the main manual -- remember in addition to getting back to
a single install doc we also want to work towards a doc kit that makes sense
[ having to print out a 300 page manual to install gcc does not make sense ;-)]
