I preparing an assign.future form for some work I plan to do on
gcc (starting with some minor documentation stuff here and there.)
One of the first I was planning on doing was adding some comments
to hashtab.h, so you don't have to study hashtab.c to find out
what's going on. Would that fall under an assignment for gcc, or
would I have to fill out another one for libiberty? And if I fill
out two, do I have to send them seperately?
