GCC for Unix and Xenix

I am a programmer and I develop systems in MUMPS, but to use a specific equipment I need to compile a library that the factory of the equipment sent me and it is written in C. 
My problem is that don't have compiler C for the operating systems that I use. They are Unix version 4 and Xenix version 3.2. Would GCC solve my problem? Which the file I should make download. If possible a file compacted with the normal compress of Unix, because I don't have the gzip nor the bzip2.
