Just rechecked. The tags are still wrong in files within gcc/ginclude:
File: varargs.h Status: Up-to-date

gcc_latest_snapshot (revision: 1.11)
egcs_latest_snapshot (revision: 1.11)
I'm fixing the tags within that directory.
