That's the original ftp space of Mr. Goto, i think.
On the neuro-page, there was a rpm with a complete lapack/blas.
All other routines were taken from another optimized fortran code
(not from netlib).
Then there were very fast math routines (written bei Joachim Wesner
and asm coded by Mr. Goto). The code was taken from Cray.
I think they were called libffm-0.28 or libfastmath or
something like that.
There was very fast support of sqrt, sin, cos, tan..
and a vector version of sqrt (if you want to sqrt a whole vector).
I assume, this is less critical, since the fast math routines were released
by Compaq.
