GCC is built knowing a target directory for its internal files.
You should not need to move those files. If you need to move the public
binaries, fine.
Are you saying that convoluted DG/ux elink procedure needs to
access the private version of cpp? I cannot understand why that would be
necessary. elink should be able to use an ISO compliant cpp provided by
xcpp.
