failure on OSR 5.0.X

I received this from the mailing list, which greatly pisses me off. The
damned ORBS folks seem to have cyberjacked me, and frankly I really resent it.

I do understand the need, but I also really wonder who in the hell appointed
ORBS to be the world's cypercops. As to "fixing the mail server", it is
an old SCO 3.2v4.2 box, and replacing it is out of the question. It is
running the latest smail, and it seems that smail does not measure up to
ORBS standards, whatever they are. ORBS claims to apply 17 tests, but
sends a report only after the first failure, so everytime I fix the thing
ORBS just runs a different test and zaps me again.

Grrr.

In other news, I was trying to report failure with OSR 5.0.X as detailed below.
