So does Martin. Please check with him whether he plans to update bugs.html
accordingly, perhaps you can cooperate on that issue?

Note there is one pre-condition that has to be met for that: Currently
bugs.html is not part of GCC releases and snapshots, so by moving this
FAQ entry we will lose information.
If/when Jeff decides to include bugs.html and an ASCII-fied version
called BUGS with our releases, we can do that move; else I will remove
this TODO item.
Personally I favor including bugs.html/BUGS with releases, but the final
decision is up to Jeff.
