As the original author of bugs.html, I don't think it is relevant to
the release of gcc 2.95 whether this file mentions egcs or not.
I don't like the idea of "wiping out" egcs from the history. Clearly,
the egcs series of compilers is almost historic now, but there is
still a compiler called "egcs 1.1.2" (for example), and this compiler
definitely has the bugs listed on that page.
Your observation is correct: gcc 2.95 has the same bugs. It was a
criterion for being listed on that pages: something that won't be
fixed any time soon.
