sched unspec_volatile REG_DEAD notes

It appears that the scheduling pass will add REG_DEAD notes to registers
which are part of an unspec_volatile. Is this desirable? For example
the x86 port uses an unspec_volatile to load the PIC register ...
should this really have a REG_DEAD note which mentions the PIC register?
