Probably the one in the infrastructure subdirectory on the egcs FTP sites,
I think that's still 19981026. Hmm, I just see that I'm still using this
version, I've built 19990209, but not yet installed it :-(. The 19990412
snapshot seems to be bogus, cause it fails during the install phase:
