Can we use flow to set up WAS_0 notes?

Hi
I am just playing with movsi pattern and trying to sequeze out some bytes for size
optimizing compilation.
The WAS_0 notes can greatly help there, but they are very inexact now, because they
are generated for pseudos and then messed up by rest of compilation.

I think flow2 pass can re-set up them. Can this be easily doable?
is such information readily available during dataflow analysis?
