I have done that in the past for so many times. But it has become a
regular recurring event. We even had a debate on it. I am tired of it.
I would recommend Richard get libg++ from
ftp://egcs.cygnus.com
and untar/install it under his build tree. Everything should be
automatic. I can help if there is any probllem with the README file
in libg++.
