If this is a repeat performance by them, you should probably make them
painfully aware of your opinion of such silliness using the voice they
understand: your money. Take it elsewhere.
A provider that makes a mistake once, goofed.
A provider that makes the same mistake over and over and over and never
learns, isn't worth the subscription fee.
