I've annoyed too many people by forwarding bounced messages, which turn to rubbish. Still, the point is well made, that we don't want to have to figure out whether it was an important message which was bounced, or just a reply to someone who doesn't care enough about the answer to his questions to un-block his incoming e-mail.
