Now that the lists (will shortly) run on the egcs machine, may I suggest
that we employ filters that block known spam hosts?
Paul Vixie's RBL (http://maps.vix.com/) is nowadays used by quite some
mail servers and rather conservative.
However, we should also consider honoring ORBS (http://www.orbs.org/),
which contains open mail relays exclusively and is a bit more agressive.
